I have a project Named:IT Problem management implementation,with Goals:Define the process regarding to ITIL standards, implement it across the company and allow automated tracking and reporting via Intranet portal to improve IT efficiency\ reduce IT costs and improve IT customer satisfaction.
I have to prepare firstly a Paln for this Project ,If You have any information or advice for me ,please let me know also if there is any document to share
